I am the Founder and Lead Consultant of Basecamp4. I started my career as a mechanical engineer. From there, I gained knowledge and experience as a Project Manager, Executive, Entrepreneur, Business School Instructor, and Consultant. For over 20 years I've worked with privately held businesses across numerous industries to build stronger teams, increase performance, and achieve more profits and greater returns.

I have worked with many clients on succession and exit plans. Some were successful, and many were not as owners waited too long and were unprepared. I developed a  value creation program (Basecamp4 1.0) to help owners improve the odds of a better outcome.

I discovered the Exit Planning Institute and completed the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) program. Through this, I gained more tools to build value, prepare businesses, and ready owners to take control and secure the future they want for their legacy, themselves, and their families.
